A Promising Future Ahead: Project Pitches Awards Ceremony at the 11th BJIFF Successfully Concluded
A clear sky of the fall after rain brings the mountains all green! On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, the 11th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) "Night of Victory and Award Ceremony of Project Pitches" was successfully concluded on September 24 with all awards released.

Mr. Cui Yan, Director of BJIFF Operation Center, attended the award ceremony. The ten-year BJIFF Project Pitches witnessed the vigorous development of Chinese film industry, and rapid iteration of Chinese film talents. Guided by the original inspiration to "turn stories into films", the Project Pitches has been striving to "find the best filmmakers and the best stories" for constantly developing new power to the film market in China. In the past decade, the BJIFF Project Pitches has been highly valued and trusted by young filmmakers, and received full support from industry experts and players.
A total of 839 film projects were collected by the 11th BJIFF Project Pitches. After first-round review, second-round review and training, 17 projects were shortlisted for the road show of the final round, and reviewed by Mr. Cao Baoping, Jury President of the Project Pitches and jury member of the final round, Mr. Yu Baimei, Jury member of the final round, and Ms. Zhao Fang (Gillian Zhao), jury member of the final round. On September 24, the 11th BJIFF "Night of Victory and Award Ceremony of Project Pitches" started, during which all the major awards of were released after ten months of selection.
Special Award winner -- Get Better Day by Day was granted 100,000 yuan by Warner Bros., the DI Color Correction Service Award of 250,000 yuan by Image Forestt, and the Equipment Service Award of 170,000 yuan by Flaming Camera.

Reasons for the award:

Most Potential Production Team Award winner—In Another Town was granted Production Service Award of 300,000 yuan for two trailers by Battle Star.
