Q: What is the Beijing Film Market?
A: The Beijing Film Market is a great event for filmmakers. Numerous film & television companies and industry insiders will make full communication at the Beijing International Hotel (Conference Center) (9 Jianguomennei Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing) from August 16 to 19, 2021, to explore excellent film scripts and directors, keep up to date with the industry's latest, preview excellent films and promote international film cooperation.
 
Q: What has changed this year for the Beijing Film Market?
A: First, the Beijing Film Market has upgraded from five sectors to six sectors with the addition of Market Screenings. Fine domestic and foreign films will be selected for internal screenings. And all registered film & television companies may preview films by appointment.
 
Second, BJIFF TALENTS will be added to the Project Pitches. In this sector, five senior producers will guide five promising directors in shooting short videos independently, to help them grow fast and tap their power of youth.
