The 10-day screening activities of the Beijing Film Panorama of the 14th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) finally came to an end.
Featuring over 800 screenings and more than 50 screening exchanges, we met in Like Winds, Like Weeds, and joined hands in Borrowed Time.
We heard beautiful Peking Opera in A Spring Dream in the Boudoir and freely sang in Time of the Gypsies.
We finally knew what is parting all about in A Romantic Fragment.
Looking back suddenly, we found out it was a dream in Peony Pavilion.
Cinema is the art of making dreams. Whether we go into the same dream with hundreds of viewers in a theater or blur the boundary between movies and life outside the theater, we all carry the imprint of movies we have seen to some extent.
