1. Items to Fill in
For Chinese journalists, “Visa Number” and “Hotel” are optional in personal data. For foreign journalists who still don’t possess visa number or who are not sure about the hotels, they don’t have to fill in the items until they’ve got the information.
2. Requirements for Photos
Format: The photo should be digital version only. It must be colorful certificate photo of digital version without hat, white background without frame, with the head taking up 2/3 of the photo. The size of the photo should be 320*240 pixel, in JPG format it should be between 100-500KB.
The photo should be named after the name and birthday of the person, and the information should be consistent with that of the accreditation form. For example: Charles Wang--19810808.jpg
3. Requirements for Handing in
1. Online Registration: Please download and print Certification form according to the instructions after completing the form. The sealing of the working place or signature of the responsible editor is requested. Please show the sealed certification when you are getting your credentials.
2. Non-online Registration:
(1) Download the registration form and complete it.
(2) Hand in a digital photo conforming to the required format.
4. Credentials reception
When receiving your credentials, you should provide the following documents:
1. A completed working place certificate with the sealing or signature of the responsible editor
2. ID card, or the valid personal certificate mentioned in the accreditation form.
3. Journalist Certificate
4. After your registration, the press centre will send you an email for confirmation with the accreditation code.
