"Since its establishment in January 2013, Under Sixty has been a curator of under sixty minutes contents in Korean independent films. In the wake of full support of independent filmmakers nationwide, Under Sixty has grown into an incomparable distributor with the biggest Korean short film archive of more than 2,000 films. An average of 500 contents are newly being supplied each year, creating amazing mosaic landscape of Korean short film. The future of Under Sixty is being painted with the originality of rising young film directors. Currently, Under Sixty is distributing films to 40 cross-media platforms including Naver, Watcha Play, and Amazon Prime, etc in South Korea, North America, and Asia, and is steadily expanding. Going forward, last year July, Under Sixty has successfully launched the theater film distribution project <Omnibus Short Film Project: CLEAR CORONA 19> through GV events at 25 screens in South Korea including 31 films with 24 directors and actors. The possibility of distributing short films to theaters has been ed by recording all seats sold-out despite the recession of the theater business due to the Covid-19 pandemic."
