Monday, home-schooled by her father BOB in Sydney. Due to her terminal illness Monday's only contact with the outside world is her weekly visit to the hospital. Monday’s imagination is captured by the Moon Rock (Uluru) which she believes will heal her and desires to travel to the middle of Australia to find it. By a twist of fate she becomes caught up in a police chase involving TYLER, an street kid with a massive heart. Tyler uses Monday to evade the police, but despite the circumstances they soon form a friendship. They decide to go on the run, road tripping to the Northern Territory to find the Moon Rock. Along the way they meet a bunch of outback characters, some helpful and some not so.

Kurt Martin is a Director and Writer from Sydney, Australia. He has directed numerous short films, TVC's, Music Videos, Web series and Pilot TV series, and has worked on several feature films as an Assistant Director (1st/2nd) including Teenage Kicks, The School, Out Of The Shadows. Kurt’s body of work has received numerous international nominations and his screenplay writing has also been short-listed for the world’s most prestigious screenplay competition's, including the International prestigious Blue Cat Screenplay Competition. Kurt is a member in the Director's Chapter in the Australian Director’s Guild and the Australian Film Institute / Australian Academy of Cinema, Television and the Arts.
