Media Registration for 11th Beijing International Film Festival to Close on August 1
At the new start in a new decade, the 11th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) will take place in Beijing from August 14 to August 21, 2021. The media registration for the 11th BJIFF will close at 6:00PM on August 1.
If you have not registered yet, please complete registration on BJIFF official website (www.bjiff.com) or WeChat account (“北京国际电影节”) on time. We are expecting to meet you in this August.
Media Invitation for the 11th BJIFF
To better serve friends from media and improve experience of mobile working, we will launch a mini program “第十一届北京国际电影节 (11th BJIFF)” on WeChat on August 1 to help you access all information you need.
How to find and use “第十一届北京国际电影节 (11th BJIFF)” mini program on WeChat:
Input “第十一届北京国际电影节” into the “Search” bar to enter the mini program.
You need to bind an account for the first time of use for registration.
The mini program comprises three sections, namely “Home”, “Media Appointment” and “Me”.
After registration and log-in, you can view the “Media Manual”, “Media Newsletter” and “Photos & Pictures” of the BJIFF in the “Home” and save them to your device.
Entering the “Media Appointment”, you can acquire and view all basic information on media activities and events and then make an appointment as needed. The “Media Appointment” tab supports fuzzy research. You just need to input some words and then touch “Search” to find what you need.
The “Me” tab is composed of six modules, namely “Info View”, “My Appointment”, “My Info”, “Change Password”, “Bind/Unbind Account” and “Customer Service”.
Online customer service is also available on our mini program. You just need to touch “Customer Service” to start a dialogue and then tell us what you need. Our exclusive “housekeeping assistance” is at your service.
Do you want to try this mini program? Please remember to complete registration on BJIFF official website (www.bjiff.com) or WeChat account (“北京国际电影节”) before 6:00PM on August 1. If you are already a registered user, your account and password are still available.
Moreover, to curb the pandemic, the Organizing Committee of the Beijing International Film Festival will, in strict compliance with the regulations of Beijing and the state on pandemic prevention and control, take dynamic measures, check the health code of all the persons concerned and complete sterilizations on a regular basis.
For reporters and journalists to the 11th BJIFF, we appreciate your assistance and cooperation in the efforts including, without limitation:
Providing the nucleic test report within the past seven days;
Completing vaccination (under normal conditions);
Wearing a face mask all the time during the event; and
Taking your ID card or showing us your health code on the national government service platform.
The Organizing Committee has the right to cancel your qualification of reporting if you fail to observe the regulations of Beijing and the state on pandemic prevention and control during the event.
