Synopsis：

A film overflowing with jazz. 

Inspired by true events, a story of a blind piano prodigy. 

Mietek loses sight as a child. His mother enrolls him to the Laski Center for Blind Children run by nuns, where he learns that music can be a way of seeing and communicating with the world. He pursues a classical piano education until he discovers music of Bill Evans. From this moment on, he has only one goal – to become the best jazz pianist in Poland. 

Gradually, Mietek achieves bigger and bigger successes, including the First Prize of the Montreux Jazz Fes- tival. He travels, gives concerts and takes part in tv shows. The turn of the 1960s and the 1970s is his era – admiration for his talent and fame seem to bring promise of fulfillment, but do they really?
