Synopsis:Sports, culture and art exchanges are an important part of people-to-people and cultural exchanges. As a common value shared by us, sportsmanship is an important part of building a community with a shared future for mankind. Sports, a content that is mutually agreed upon and that African people are more fond of and good at, has a special and irreplaceable role in the non-governmental exchanges and mutual learning of civilizations between China and Africa, and the realization of mutual recognition and resonance.
In the non-governmental exchanges between China and Africa, ""telling Chinese stories well"" and ""telling African stories well"" are equally important for promoting mutual understanding and understanding between the two sides. Chinese Kung Fu is very popular among African teenagers. In recent years, Chinese athletes have also increased their training and exchanges in African countries for marathon and other events. The essence of sports is to promote exchanges and understanding between countries, regions and ethnic groups.
This documentary is supported by the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China and is the first documentary in China to reflect the friendly sports and cultural exchanges between China and Africa. This film tells the story of kung fu, ice hockey, marathon, football and other athletes from the slums of Kenya, Africa, through their love and persistence in sports, and the stories of self-reliance and self-improvement. While presenting the stories of local characters with great sportsmanship, it records the human landscape and local customs full of African characteristics. After learning these stories, the audience can enhance their understanding and interest in the local area, and promote the exchanges and cooperation between China and Africa in folk sports and culture.
