The 9th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF)—Film Carnival took place at the State Production Base of China Film Group, Huairou District, Beijing from April 14th to May 4th. The carnival features 27 activities across 6 major sectors including Light and Shadow of Century, Film Technology Experience, Folk Film & TV Scenes, Film & TV Role Cruise, Film Art Palace and Film-inspired Food. Visitors can find out the history of films, see film props, experience film scenes and participate in film shooting to comprehensively experience the audiovisual pleasure of films. With the theme “Prosperity & Harmony, Light and Shadow of Huairou”, the Film Carnival benefits people substantially, and presents a film culture feast to visitors.
