  William Feng is the Head of Greater China and Vice President of the Motion Picture Association (MPA) Asia Pacific, where he works with Chinese government authorities and other stakeholders to improve market access and expanding the ability to promote and protect the commercial and creative interests of the MPA member companies as well as China’s screen communities.

  Mr. Feng has a long career with more than 20 years working experience in government and Global Fortune 500 companies, and worked and studied in the United States for almost 10 years. Prior to joining MPA in 2008, he served in various roles and executive positions within companies and organizations including the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Smithsonian Institution, Hill and Knowlton Public Relations Worldwide, Dell China, and the Viacom China / MTV China Network.

  Through his academic pursuits, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and a Master of Education degree from the George Washington University.

  Li Jie oversees the movie business of Alibaba’s digital media and entertainment business group. He oversees the marketing and promotion platforms, including Tao Piaopiao, Beacon, and the Jin Cheng Co-production Project at Alibaba Pictures. He leads Alibaba Pictures’ theater cooperation, partnerships and production of online movies, investment, and marketing and distribution business..

  Li was the co-producer of Project Gutenberg, co-presenter of Duckweed and The Wandering Earth, distributor of Hello Mr Billionaire and presenter of Einstein and Einstein.

  Previously, Li had multiple roles at Youku Tudou, including business development, strategic partnerships and investment.

  Li graduated from Tianjin University, majoring in systems engineering. He received an executive MBA degree from the China Europe International Business School and a postgraduate diploma from Hong Kong University.

  James Wang (Wang Zhonglei), Co-founder, Vice Chairman and CEO of Huayi Brothers Media Corporation, was born in 1970 and graduated from Beijing Youth Politics College. He established the company with his brother Dennis Wang (Wang Zhongjun) in 1994. From 1998, Mr. Wang started leading the film business of the company. Under his management, Huayi Brothers has produced hundreds of widely-known blockbusters, including many Chinese top-grossing movies. The total box office has surpassed 20 billion RMB. Huayi Brothers is always recognized as the Number One brand in Chinese film industry. Mr. Wang is widely honored as the Golden Movie Producer in China. In 2016, Mr. Wang was appointed as Vice Chairman and CEO of Huayi Brothers Media Corporation to oversee group operation and promote synergetic development of business units.

  Mr. Wang has won many industry accolades, including the Distinguished Contribution to the Entertainment Industry Award in 2008, Core Leader of Creative Industries Award in 2008, EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010, a placement on the Top 10 List of Marketing Professionals in China in 2013, the Best Influencer Award in 2015, the Best Movie Producer Award, the Most Respected Film People Award in 2016, the Leadership of the Industry Award by U.S.-China Film Summit, the Best Influencer in Radio, 500 Most Influential Business Leaders Shaping the Global Entertainment Industry in 2018 by Variety and one of the Top 10 Chinese Power Players in 2017 by Hollywood Report. In 2018, the Oscar-granting body, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences invited Mr. Wang to join the executive branch.

  Mr. Wang also serves as Vice Chairman of the China Television Drama Production Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the China Film Distribution and Exhibition Association, Vice Chairman of the China Film Association Youth Film Board, and Chairman of Hengdian Film and Television Industry Association.

  Ya Ning is currently Senior Vice President of iQIYI and President of iQIYI Pictures. He holds a PhD degree in film studies.

  Mr. Ya worked as a program presenter and editor in Beijing TV station in 1993. He joined CCTV in 1995 to work as the program presenter, director and editor. In 2002, he joined the Program Center of SAPPRFT's Movie Channel, taking the roles from Deputy Director of the Program Department, Director of Chief Editor Office, Assistant to the Chief Editor and Deputy Director of the Program Center.

  In June 2016, Mr. Ya joined in iQIYI and acted as the producer of The Summer Is Gone, which won many awards including Golden Horse Awards. Since then, he has taken a diversified strategy in film production and strived to make high-quality films with good commercial value.
