　　Rao Shuguang, Secretary-General of China Film Association, President of China Film Critics Association, Researcher and Doctorial Supervisor, compiled over 20 translations and monographs (e.g. Film Cultural Trends in the New Era and History of China’s Film Market) and An Analysis on Chinese Film as the editor-in-chief, and now serves as the chief expert of General History of Chinese Film, a major project sponsored by national social science foundation.

　　Secretary of the Party Committee and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Film Academy。He has long engaged in the studies of systems science, organization science, decision-making method and innovation approach, he published 20 monographs and textbooks such as the Chinese Research University: Theoretical Exploration and Development Innovation, Game Theory of Management and so on, and he took charge of over 30 scientific research projects of Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) & etc., and has obtained 4 provincial and ministerial and above level science & technology wards such as the Beijing Science & Technology Award, he published over 100 academic papers and obtained awards for many times. He was entitled as the “Pace-Setter in the New Long March” and “Young and Middle-Aged Expert Made Outstanding Contributions to National Defense Science & Technology Industry” and so on. He has obtained the China Management Science Award, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Literary Review Award, Beijing Education Teaching Achievement Award & etc. for many times.

　　Matt Zimbel is a Film director of Canada, is renowned for Zimbelism. Born in New York in 1956, he moved to Canada when he was 14. He now lives in Montreal, and he speaks both English and French. Matt Zimbel, producer, musician, artistic director and radio and TV host, has recorded more than 60 records. He has shared a stage with Daniel Lanois, Leonard Cohen, Kevin Parent, etc. Zimbel has served on the board of director for the Canadian Academy of Arts and Science and was President of the board of directors of the Canadian Songwriter Hall of Fame. He has received Juno Awards, Gemini Awards, Actra Awards and numerous other industry accolades.

　　Zhang Yiwu, Director, Professor and Doctorial Supervisor of Cultural Resources Research Center, Peking University, devotes to education and research in culture, literature, films and critical theories in China. Since 1990s, he has conducted a series of foresighted researches in the relations between globalization and China’s contemporary culture and China’s contemporary cultural development and has interpreted the China’s current and transitioning social and cultural phenomena. He has compiled Pursuit on the Edge, Big Transformation, From Modernity to Post-Modernity, Image of “a New China”,Globalization and Transformation of Chinese Film etc. and acted as the editor-in-chief for History of Cultural Development in the 30 Years after China’s Reform and Opening Up, Global Chinese Novel Collection etc. His informal essays include When We are Young, etc.

　　Bao Jie, founder and CEO of Dreamax, holds a bachelor's degree in mass communication from the University of Buckingham and an MBA degree from Loughborough University, and has worked in the film & television industry for seven years. He was involved in the production of The Assassins, Bronze Swallow Terrace, The Grand Master, Tiny Times, Switch and other films. Since assuming his office, he has produced films like Come across Love, Love in Universe and This Man, as well as Internet drama Unrequited Love Big Fight. He also invests in and operates cinemas and other cultural complexes.

　　Founding-director of Raindance Film Festival.Born in Canada, Grove moved to London in the 1980s and is noted for founding the Raindance in 1993 and the British Independent Films Award in 1998. He received a doctoral degree from the Plymouth College of Art and Design in 2009, and in recent years has been teaching script writing and film production around Europe.
