The 4th Beijing International Film Festival - FILM CARNIVAL-The China Millennium Monument-Film and Music Section

　　Music, with its ability to touch audiences directly, is an indispensable element in the film industry. By screening music-themed films on outdoor screens and hosting live concerts, the Carnival will focus on the musical element in film and will bring an extra special atmosphere to the Carnival.

　　Film Soundtrack Launch & Meet the Director Event

　　“Love in the Age of Rock ’n’ Roll” is a film about music, in which the actors are real rock singers and band members. The film tells of the dreams of rockers in the 1960s, and about the young generation of the 1980s and 1990s fighting for their music dreams. In this film, the bassist He Chenggong from the band “Heaven”, folk singer Chuan Zi, guitarist Chen Lei from the band “Tang Dynasty”, and former guitarist Gong Ming from the band “Firefly” create five pieces of music with different styles. The film’s director Xing Di will bring the film’s original soundtrack to the Film Carnival on April 20th.
