Opening Ceremony

Media·Notice: 

1. Appointments will be accepted from April 14. Each media outlet should send no more than three delegates. The reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis; 

2. Media cards are for own use only and should not be lent or transferred to others, and any violator should be brought to justice; 

3. Reporters attending the opening ceremony will be led by the staff, going down two floors from Entrance A1 to 1F (B2) and they will have meals in Room 101; 

4. All cameramen present should assemble at the entrance to Room 101 of the dining site at 7:50 PM,to be contacted, organized and led into the designated internal area by staff. Please keep your mobile phone unblocked. Journalists and photographers may enter by tickets;

5. Journalists and photographers to enter the inner field of the opening ceremony independently first arrive at Entry B on 1F, go upward for three floors, and enter through Entry B, Floor L (second floor above the ground);

6. Cameramen should wear dark formal clothes;

7. Please follow the arrangement made by the organizing committee, photograph in the designated area, and do not walk around; 

8. It is forbidden to engage in any activity not related to interviews; 

9. The organizing committee will withdraw the press card and credential of any reporter who has violated the notice and cancel his or her interview qualification.
