Notice of journalist registration

1. Registration time: 00:00 January 28, 2014 to 18:00 April 1, 2014, please register online during this period.

2. Please submit a bareheaded color photo of the applicant in white background without frame, size: 240x 320, JPG format less than 500K.

3. After completing all information, you could click “Preview” to check the information you provided. If you need to revise, click “Edit” to revise or add information.

4. After making sure that all information is complete and correct, click “Submit” below and your information will be submitted to the administrators for approval. Submission for approval is the last step. Please make sure that all information you provided is correct before submission. After submission, information is not allowed to be revised.

5. After completed and submitted the form and photo, you will be advised that your application is in the approval process by a prompt message. If approved, the Organizing Committee will send you a confirmation email with registration form (PDF) attached. The official website will prompt your approval that you have successfully registered as the journalist at the 5th Beijing International Film Festival.

6. If you have successfully registered, the system will automatically prompt you to add necessary information when you log into the official website of the 5th Beijing International Film Festival. After completed the form and clicked “Submit” button, you will enter the approval process. If approved, the Organizing Committee will send you a confirmation email with registration form (PDF) attached. The official website will prompt your approval that you have successfully registered as the journalist at the 5th Beijing International Film Festival.

7. Please collect your journalist card by producing your ID card (passport or Taiwan compatriot permit), press pass (or employee card), the journalist registration application form for the 5th Beijing International Film Festival affixed with your employer’s seal (the PDF registration form is attached in the confirmation email) at the Press Center located at the Ground Floor, Gemstone Hall of Beijing Hotel on April 14-18 (subject to the date stated in the confirmation letter).
