Young Actor Peng Yuchang to Promote Excellent Chinese Films at 11th BJIFF -- Beijing Film Panorama
As the hot summer retreats and autumn nights are getting longer, the 11th BJIFF invites you to "have a grand date with Beijing Film Panorama" at cinemas! The 11th BJIFF -- Beijing Film Panorama will meet you early on September 17. Not only the classical sections but also the previous screening scale have been restored. The upcoming feast will present domestic classics and new domestic hits demonstrating the unremitting efforts of Chinese filmmakers in film creation, as well as the vitality of the Chinese film market in its fast recovery.
Peng Yuchang, a renowned young actor, was invited to promote excellent Chinese films at the 11th BJIFF -- Beijing Film Panorama. As a representative of Chinese young filmmakers, he will promote excellent Chinese films during the festival.

Peng, who graduated from Shanghai Theatre Academy, made his acting debut as Li You in Our Shining Days (2017). The role of a gentle, optimistic, warm and brave boy earned him the Best New Actor nomination at the Beijing College Student Film Festival. In the following year, he gained more attention for his delicate interpretation of the role of "Shi Fen", an adorkable brother, in Go Brother, being called "brother and sister" with Zhang Zifeng, his co-star in the film and the promoter of Chinese films in the 7th BJIFF -- Beijing Film Panorama.

As one of the fastest-growing young actors in recent years, Peng's pursuit of excellent performance, responsible attitude to his career and enthusiasm for films are visible to all. With every step forward, he has proved his motto--"God rewards the diligent" on the way to his dream. He practiced volleyball and a dialect hard for his role in the film Leap, and touched the audience by performance. In the film Coffee or Tea?, the deliveryman Peng Xiubing (Peng Yuchang) is unique, typical and charismatic. In the film Bath Buddy, he vividly interpreted the role of Xiao Xiang, a rich second generation and Zhou Jixiang, a simple and adorable bathing worker losing his memory.
