As an integral part of the 14th BJIFF Theme Forum, the 4th China Film Capital Development Forum prioritizes the development and construction of the China Film Capital, creates a development pathway where “film and TV festivals bring vitality to the area, and films and TV series reshape lifestyle” in the China Film Capital based on the integrated development of one area and three science cities with Huairou Science Town, and further plays the exemplary role of China Film Capital in the film and television industry nationwide. 

The 4th edition will invite experts and scholars at the China Research Institute of Film Science & Technology, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and DataWin among other entities, and release leading research report on the industry. At the same time, renowned directors, senior producers, senior management at top companies, actors and actresses that are involved in the construction of film capital will share their ideas about high-quality development of China’s film industry, and measures applicable for the Huairou District.
