Young Filmmakers Forum - Industrial Consciousness and Mainstream Expression
On the afternoon of September 26, the BJIFF - The 28th College Student Film Festival Young Filmmakers Forum was held at Beijing Radio & Television Station. The theme of the forum is "Industrial Consciousness and Mainstream Expression”, and six young filmmakers including Zhao Tianyu, Liu Zhihai, Xie Lingjue, Ran Jia'nan, Yi Han and Qiu Sheng discussed current Chinese film and television hotspots, showing young creators' prospects for the future of Chinese films and their new perspective and youth style.

The Organizing Committee of the 11th Beijing International Film Festival invites five well-known filmmakers to deliver keynote speeches at five masterclasses, including Gong Li, Bille August, a highly respected director in the world of film, Peter Chan, one of the most influential Chinese film creators, Asghar Farhadi, Iranian film master, and Timmy Yip, world-renowned film and stage art director. On the evening of September 26, the 11th BJIFF Beijing Film Panorama held screening and post-screening exchange activities of the River of Salvation in the “Chinese Stories” section in Hall 1, Broadway Cinematheque (MOMA). The cast & crew of the film appeared at the premiere to share with the audience the anecdotes of the filming and the rich emotions contained in the film.
This excellent female melodrama depicts the awakening of female consciousness with the technique of life flow, bringing the audience strong emotional shock.
