Yukiyo Teramoto, the director of Doraemon The Movie: Nobita's Art World Tale, makes her mark as the first female feature-length director in Doraemon's cinematic history. A seasoned contributor to the franchise, she has been involved in the production of numerous Doraemon films. In an earlier interview with Japanese media, she shared her deep connection to the series, saying:"I've been watching Doraemon movies since elementary school, so this project is especially meaningful to me." When asked about the inspiration behind the film's painting theme, she expressed a heartfelt hope:"I wanted kids like Nobita, who may not be naturally good at drawing, to discover a little joy in it." To deliver a visually unique experience, the creative team meticulously recreated the textured, uneven brushstrokes of oil paintings - infusing the animated world with the rich feel of classic art. Director Teramoto enthusiastically encouraged audiences not to miss the theatrical experience:"Watching Nobita's Art World Tale on the big screen is a completely different sensation. If you're an adult who hasn't felt your heart race in a while, this film will change that - don't miss it!"
