The 15th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) Animated Films Section will spectacularly launch from April 18 to 20 at Wukesong Wanda Plaza in Beijing! The event will bring together leading figures and top experts from China's animation, film and television, cultural tourism, and technology innovation sectors. Discussions will focus on deepening the integration of film and television, animation, and cultural tourism industries, exploring pathways to optimize industry chains, and boosting the thriving development of Beijing's animation, film and television, and cultural tourism industries.

In recent years, the Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau has meticulously created the “Beijing Big Audiovisual” brand for high-quality literary and artistic works creation, driving the optimization and upgrading of the entire ultra-high-definition audiovisual industry chain. Through the synergy of content and technology, it has created a series of groundbreaking masterpieces achieving cross-industry impact. During the 15th BJIFF, the Animated Films Section, specially presented by the Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, will adopt an innovative “4+N” model, guided by principles of professionalism, excellence, technological integration, and effective communication. The model includes a “Fantasy Anime in Spring” fashion gathering, a “Beijing on Screen” trend gathering, an animation carnival, a series of release events, and N theme screenings. The event will release the “Beijing on Screen” - themed tourist routes, present implementation achievements of the Guidelines on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Beijing's Animation Industry (the “30 Articles” on Animation), and launch the Animation Talent Young Entrepreneurship “Seed” Program.
