The 15th BJIFF Opens, with Bank of Beijing Returning as the Official and Exclusive Banking Partner
On the evening of April 18, the 15th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) opened at the Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center under the theme “New Quality Films Empowered by Technology, Showing Harmony in Diversity.” Filmmakers from over 100 countries and regions gathered with over a thousand outstanding films for this springtime celebration of cinema. As the only official designated banking partner, Bank of Beijing once again made an appearance at the Opening Ceremony of this year's film festival.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the BJIFF. For the fifth consecutive year, the Bank of Beijing has been deeply involved in the festival as its only official designated banking partner. During the 15th BJIFF, Bank of Beijing will participate deeply in investment and financing forums, the Beijing Film Market, and other activities.
As one of the earliest commercial banks to explore cultural finance, the Bank of Beijing has been working with the film industry for more than twenty years. It consistently supports the supply of high-quality content and takes multiple measures to continuously inject cultural financial vitality into the industry's prosperity. As of the end of 2024, the balance of cultural finance loans Bank of Beijing was 116.638 billion yuan, an increase of 32.39% compared to the beginning of the year.
Looking ahead, Bank of Beijing will further expand its service scope, innovate financial products and digital platforms, provide richer financial services to cultural, film, and television companies and talents, and contribute more financial strength to the creation of new cultural productivity and the construction of a strong film nation.
