In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Shinsaku Nishio makes the decision to move from the city to Minamisanriku, where he can fish while working from home. He enjoys going to the seaside in his spare time. The local residents are not particularly welcoming to the stranger from Tokyo, but despite being confused by their lack of interest, Shinsaku eventually blends into the community with his positive spirit and proactive efforts.
