　　Synopsis:Peng Guangliang signs up for the Western Volunteer Program, and embarks on a journey to Tashkurgan in Xinjiang with the intention of contributing to the construction of the western region. He originally hopes to use what he has learned to develop tourism, but he is shocked to find there are no roads and no Internet access. This small village is remote and poor, inhabited by China’s only caucasian ethnic group: the Tajiks, and his job is to make this backward village a shining pearl in the desperate situation of the plateau.
