The 16th Beijing International Film Festival Unveils Winners of Ten Tiantan Awards Competition Section of the Festival
On the evening of April 25, the 16th Beijing International Film Festival unveiled the winners of all ten Tiantan Awards, Competition Section of the festival. Outstanding films and filmmakers from across the globe were honored, marking a celebratory highlight of this year's festival.
The UK feature Dragonfly emerged as the night's standout, winning Best Feature Film, Best Screenplay and Best Actress. The Portugal–France co-production Justa secured both Best Supporting Actress and Best Artistic Contribution. The Best Director award went to Our Girls. Chinese cinema was also strongly represented: Yu Hewei won Best Actor for his performance in All The Good Eyes, while Qiao Shan received Best Supporting Actor for the same film. Embers was awarded Best Cinematography, and Supporting Role took home Best Music.

Set against the backdrop of Yanqi Lake, the ceremony celebrated excellence in global filmmaking. Each award reflects the craft and dedication behind the screen, while each honoree adds to the ever-evolving landscape of international cinema. Congratulations to all the winners.
