Poster of “A Movie-themed Train to the Movie Capital”

With the blue-purple on the train body as the main color and dotted with the sense of graininess, the dream-like poster shows us a beautiful scenery. The main part of the picture records a moment when a train goes through Huairou-Miyun Line to the Film Town. The sense of speed and depth echoes our enthusiasm to the grand event of the 11th BJIFF.

At the bottom of the picture, a track of Huairou-Miyun Line is designed as a piece of film, which highlights the far-reaching significance of Huairou-Miyun Line connecting films and travelling. What stays on the film is the route of Huairou-Miyun Line that runs through the suburbs of Beijing and covers famous scenic spots in Beijing. The train starts from "Beijing North Railway Station" and goes through several stations, such as "Qinghe Station", "Changping North Station", "Yanqihu Station", "Huairou North Station" and "Heishan Temple Station", and finally arrives at "Gubeikou Station". The Huairou-Miyun Line is designed for both commuting and tourism purposes and connects Xicheng, Haidian, Changping, Huairou and Miyun Districts, forming a fast commuter channel for convenience of citizens. Along the picturesque ride there are renowned tourist destinations, such as the Hongluo Temple, Mutianyu Section of the Great Wall, Yanqi Lake and Beijing Wtown, blazing a direct travel line in Beijing’s suburbs, thus driving the economic growth of key functional areas along the route and surrounding areas.

Busy filmmakers, one of the elements in the main visual poster of the 11th BJIFF "-- Concerted Efforts Made to Create Light", is also manifested in this piece of film. In the picture, they are earnestly directing, shooting and performing along the Huairou-Miyun Line to constantly explore the boundaries of films, and embark on a journey of film for themselves and for the Chinese film industry with enthusiasm, diligence, professionalism and staidness.

On September 20, this train also carried a number of guests from film and TV industry, starting from Qinghe Station straight to the Opening Ceremony of the 11th BJIFF by Yanqi Lake, Huairou District, which made it the "longest red carpet" and a distinct feature in the history of the BJIFF.
