Yu Junsheng, Head of BRTV: Capital Perspective, Premier Quality, and Pioneering Spirit to Well-Present the Stories of the War of Resistance and Promote Its Great Spirit
"In the all-media era, major thematic publicity campaigns face challenges such as information overload, diverse channels, and rapidly changing hotspots. However, they also possess strategic opportunities to break through communication boundaries and expand coverage across different demographics. The core issue lies in how to penetrate the complex landscape of public opinion and achieve precise reach and deep resonance of mainstream values."

Yu Junsheng, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Head of Beijing Radio & Television Station (BRTV)
The grand commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War represents a major deployment by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, coordinating both domestic and international situations. It stands as a significant event in the political life of the Party and the country in 2025.
BRTV has closely aligned with this overarching theme, formulating a phased, categorized, and tiered publicity coverage plan. Through diverse formats such as news reports, feature programs, cultural content, and film and television productions, the network has seamlessly integrated key moment publicity, commemorative event coverage, and historical retrospectives. This approach has fostered a well-paced, highlight-rich promotional campaign that synergizes domestic and international communication while integrating online and offline channels.
“Adhering to the highest standards and a pioneering spirit to create exemplary works of the era has long been a core guiding principle for BRTV. In the publicity campaign commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the War of Resistance, BRTV leverages Beijing's rich resources of red culture, emphasizing contemporary expression and innovative presentation to plan and produce a wide array of distinctive, diverse, and vividly crafted works with genuine dedication,” stated Yu Junsheng, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Head of BRTV.
▍Highlights Abound: Executing All-Media Publicity with High Quality and Standards
「Audiovisual Tide」:This year marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. As a mainstream media outlet in the capital, how has your station planned and structured the overall strategy for all-media publicity? What is the overarching conceptual framework and thematic approach?
Yu Junsheng: In terms of timeline, we have coordinated and deployed our efforts across four phases, starting from paying tribute to heroes and martyrs around Qingming Festival and continuing through the National Memorial Ceremony in December. We hope to guide the public in remembering history and moving forward through consistent, diverse, and high-impact publicity and reporting.
In terms of publicity, we have established an "8+2+N" collaborative framework, which includes eight flagship projects from the station, two key clients of Beijing Time and Tingting FM, and various channels, frequencies, and new media accounts. This structure ensures a coordinated effort across all platforms to amplify the thematic publicity for the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance.
In terms of reporting depth, we have planned and launched special programs, documentaries, integrated media reports, radio dramas, and short videos such as "Marco Polo Bridge: Our Commemoration", "For National Liberation and World Peace: Chronicles of the Museum of the War of the Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression", "Eternal Mountains and Rivers", "Beacon Fire in Beijing: Prosperous China", and "That Day, That Moment! Reflecting on August 15". These works present the great spirit of the Chinese nation in the War of Resistance from multiple angles.

In terms of reach, we have fully leveraged the distinctive strengths of all our channels and frequencies to produce and launch a series of unique programs, including "Remembering the Warfire, Forging Youth", "The Yellow Storm (Youth Version)", "Little Soldier Zhang Ga (4K Ultra HD AIGC Animated Restoration Version)", "Memories of the War of Resistance from 12 Centenarian Witnesses", and "Their Imprint on Beijing". In collaboration with Tencent Music, we released the War of Resistance-themed promotional songs "Do Not Forget" and "Courage to Act", igniting patriotic fervor among the public and fostering a strong social atmosphere.
Meanwhile, focusing on the commemorative activities for the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, the station pooled all-terminal resources to fully execute the planning, gathering, editing, and distribution of live broadcasts, rebroadcasts, and related curated content.
From September 2 to 4, exclusive self-produced documentaries on the War of Resistance were scheduled uniformly across all channels during public promotional slots, creating a three-day continuous programming block of high viewer interest. On September 3, all television channels simulcast the large-scale integrated media special program "Ode to Victory Day, Striding Forward on a New Journey", while all radio frequencies simultaneously relayed the live coverage of the commemorative ceremony. New media platforms synergized their efforts: the Beijing Time client live-streamed the commemorative events in full, and the Tingting FM client established a dedicated thematic exhibition zone, achieving seamless integration across large and small screens and multi-frequency resonance.
Our flagship program, "Ode to Victory Day, Striding Forward on a New Journey", invited distinguished domestic and international guests to provide in-depth analysis of important addresses, delve into historical accounts of the War of Resistance, and vividly narrate the "parade" behind the parade, collectively witnessing the resolute strides of a strengthened military and gathering the mighty force for building a strong country and achieving national rejuvenation.
Furthermore, we deployed over 20 reporting teams to comprehensively document support services, produce exclusive features from within the parade training camps, and dynamically showcase the high-spirited and progressive demeanor of the people's army in this era. We promptly released service information regarding public transport adjustments and temporary airspace restrictions in Beijing to foster a favorable public opinion atmosphere for the smooth holding of the event. We launched the campaign "Heard You Have Exclusive 'Parade Memories'...", soliciting old photos, short videos, touching stories, and related content across the internet to inherit and promote the spirit of patriotism.
▍Synergy Creates Brilliance: A "Combination Punch" Creates "New Impact"
「Audiovisual Tide」: The publicity and reporting to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression spans an extended period and involves diverse formats, posing significant challenges to a media organization's capacity for "large-scale coordinated operations". How has your station integrated resources and executed high-level coordination to achieve seamless synergy across all departments?
Yu Junsheng: BRTV has established an integrated media production coordination and deliberation mechanism at the station level. Through comprehensive management of the entire process - including topic proposal, evaluation, deliberation, scheduling, feedback, and review - we have strengthened centralized guidance and oversight for topic scheduling at the station level.
Currently, the "Three Meetings, One Platform" structure - comprising the Editorial Committee, Editorial Affairs Meeting, Pre-Broadcast Meeting, and Topic Proposal Platform - has achieved highly efficient integration of the station's content resources and gathering and editing resources. This has laid a solid institutional foundation for executing high-quality major thematic publicity campaigns.
For the publicity initiatives commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance, we mobilized elite personnel from across the station, including gathering and editing, production, broadcasting, and technical support. By combining the professional capabilities of multiple departments, we created a powerful innovative synergy that drove a quality leap across the entire production and dissemination chain.
For example, in the publicity coverage of the thematic exhibition commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, we developed a specialized work plan. The effort involved 12 channels and frequencies, nearly 30 programs, over 100 new media accounts, and more than 100 hosts across the station. Together, they delivered over 800 verbal news updates and produced nearly 500 pieces of content, including exhibition tour reports, special programs, promotional videos, and new media products. This "combination punch" of publicity efforts generated a powerful "new impact" in communication.
▍Innovative Expression: Crafting High-Quality Works through "Four Dimensions" in Themed Reporting
「Audiovisual Tide」: Major thematic publicity campaigns provide crucial opportunities for mainstream media to produce refined and innovative content. Regarding the significant theme of commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance, what new explorations and presentations has your station made in terms of excellence and innovation?
Yu Junsheng: In recent years, we have fully leveraged the unique advantages of capital media to continuously explore new forms of expression and narrative styles for major thematic publicity. Our overall creative standards and communication effectiveness have consistently improved, creating a dynamic landscape of successive high-quality productions and frequent viral successes. In the publicity campaign commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance, we emphasized the local relevance, international perspective, artistic quality, and technological integration in creation and dissemination, pioneering new paradigms and realms in narrative expression and audiovisual presentation for major thematic publicity.
First, we focus on "local narratives", leveraging our capital standpoint to expand the cultural expression of the War of Resistance history.
Beijing is the site of the Marco Polo Bridge Incident and one of the main battlefields in North China during the War of Resistance, holding a significant place in the history of the nation's resistance. We delved deeply into Beijing's unique historical and cultural symbols and spiritual markers from the War of Resistance, using the preparation of the 80th-anniversary thematic exhibition and the expansion project of the Museum of the War of the Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression as narrative entry points. This effort resulted in two standout works:

The documentary "Marco Polo Bridge: Our Commemoration" seamlessly integrates authoritative historical materials from the museum, over 3,000 precious artifacts, and rare footage of centenarian War of Resistance veterans and descendants of resistance martyrs. Adopting a storytelling approach of "one artifact, one story, one segment of history", it vigorously promotes the great spirit of the Chinese nation's War of Resistance and vividly illustrates the pivotal role of the Communist Party of China as the mainstay in the united resistance of the entire nation.
The program was broadcast on 13 provincial satellite TV stations, with related topics amassing over 1.9 billion views online. This phenomenal masterpiece took the production and dissemination of War of Resistance-themed documentaries to new heights.
The feature program "For National Liberation and World Peace: Chronicles of the Museum of the War of the Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression" focuses on highlights of the exhibition, such as artifacts, archives, architecture, and sculptures, blending grand narratives with detailed presentations to transport audiences back to historical scenes to experience the resilience and strength of the nation's backbone. The production team meticulously refined the content, distilling nearly 350 hours of footage into a 58-minute final cut. On its premiere, it achieved the top ratings for thematic programs on provincial satellite channels that evening.
Second, we expanded the "international perspective", highlighting the global value of China's War of Resistance through audiovisual power.
China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression is an integral part of the World Anti-Fascist War, making historic contributions to its victory and holding profound global historical importance. Starting from the historical context of the World Anti-Fascist War, we focused our narrative on international archives related to China's War of Resistance and the stories of foreign friends, employing diverse audiovisual formats to present the story of China's resistance effectively.
The theoretical documentary "A Shared Destiny: The Global Value of China's War of Resistance" draws on a wealth of overseas historical materials and invites descendants of foreign witnesses from the war period, as well as foreign friends long engaged with the War of Resistance history, to serve as narrators. Through interviews with authoritative experts and scholars from China and abroad, the documentary highlights China's War of Resistance's unique contributions to saving human civilization and defending world peace.
The radio drama "Bussiere Garden" is the first audio drama to tell the story of how French doctor Dr. Bussiere and other righteous individuals transported vital medical supplies to anti-Japanese base areas led by the Communist Party of China during the war. It vividly portrays the internationalist spirit and revolutionary heroism on the Eastern Front of the World Anti-Fascist War. We also created a micro drama on the same theme, "Secrets of Bussiere Garden", as a new step in exploring integrated media dissemination models that combine "radio drama + micro-drama".

Third, we innovated in "artistic presentation", evoking contemporary resonance for War of Resistance themes through meticulous craftsmanship.
Artistic presentation methods can effectively bridge the sense of historical distance and bring the past closer to the present. In our War of Resistance-themed publicity, we placed great emphasis on artistic expression and innovation, using various forms of artistic works to guide audiences to fully experience and reflect on history, achieving deep emotional resonance and spiritual dialogue.
The audio drama "The Yellow Storm (Youth Version)" adapts Lao She's original masterpiece. It extracts the story of the fate of the young people in Xiaoyangjuan Hutong in the novel, showing the struggle and perseverance of the young people in Peiping during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. It inspires the new era's youth to draw strength from historical echoes, forge ahead, and strive for the realization of the Chinese Dream of great national rejuvenation.
The commemorative song "Do Not Forget" weaves the scars of war and the watch for peace into a vibrant musical poem. Upon release, it garnered widespread attention and dissemination, with over one million streams on its first day. The related hashtag "Huang Zihongfang's 'Do Not Forget' Resonates Powerfully" trended on Weibo, amassing over 100 million views across platforms.
Fourth, we strengthened "technological empowerment", creating immersive digital experiences that deepen the perception of history.
We have introduced digital methods such as AI-powered dynamic image restoration and virtual reality modeling into the War of Resistance-themed publicity, offering audiences deeply immersive, on-the-scene historical experiences. This approach facilitated a shift from "reproducing history" to "experiencing history firsthand".
The art, history, and humanities documentary "Eternal Mountains and Rivers" uses 8K and XR technology to interpret the oil painting "The Hundred Regiments Offensive", creating an immersive appreciation mode where viewers feel as if they are "wandering within the painting". By employing AI technology to transform the line-drawn comic "Railway Guerrilla" into dynamic visuals, we vividly recreate the classic "boarding a speeding train to seize weapons" scene from the film "Railway Guerrilla", allowing audiences to immerse themselves in the smoke of battle and facilitating a cross-temporal dialogue between art and history.
The animated feature "Little Soldier Zhang Ga" uses AIGC technology to adapt the classic film of the same name into an animated version, accompanied by 4K ultra-high-definition restoration. This project marked China's first complete AIGC-driven transformation of a red classic.
The AIGC short film "Your Appearance" uses artificial intelligence technology to "restore" the vivid appearances of over ten anti-Japanese heroes, such as Yang Jingyu and Zhao Yiman, as they were photographed in historical images. The short garnered nearly 50 million views online and was shared by more than 226 media outlets.

▍Enhancing Interactivity: High-Quality Content Achieves Rapid Breakthrough in Reach
「Audiovisual Tide」: Focusing on the major thematic publicity campaign for the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, what attempts has your station made to enhance interactivity and participation?
Yu Junsheng: BRTV has fully integrated channel and frequency programming with the operation of new media accounts, collaboratively launching a series of integrated live broadcasts, special reports, online features, and short videos. Through interactive methods such as topic discussions and open auditions, we have facilitated the rapid breakthrough in the reach of high-quality content.
First, integrated media coverage has garnered widespread attention across platforms.
We have vigorously highlighted the distinctive characteristics of audiovisual media, fully leveraged the advantages of centralized coordination across the station, and deeply tapped into the communication potential of all-terminal, all-media group operations to vividly narrate the stories of the War of Resistance and promote its great spirit. News Radio, Traffic Radio, and the Tingting FM client jointly launched "Beacon Fire in Beijing: Prosperous China - Special Report to Commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance", which engaged through urban memory revival, youth participation, and technological innovation in expression. It integrated 15 episodes of the multimedia series "In Search of Beijing's War of Resistance Imprints", six integrated live broadcasts, a 12-hour special integrated live stream, and 80 audio episodes, among other program types, achieving a blend of historical depth and contemporary vitality. Among these, the 12-hour special integrated live stream "In Search of Beijing's War of Resistance Imprints" amassed a total of 170 million views across platforms.
The Beijing Time client launched three major integrated features: "Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression", "Thematic Exhibition: 'For National Liberation and World Peace'", and "Witnessed by the Mountains and Rivers - Our Memories of the War of Resistance", compiling nearly 600 articles and garnering over ten million page views. Additionally, focusing on the thematic exhibition "For National Liberation and World Peace" and the December 9th Movement, the Beijing Time client conducted two live streams at the Museum of the War of the Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the Beijing Municipal Archives, each exceeding one million views.

Second, trending topics sparked discussions among netizens.
We sparked a wave of dissemination with "secondary creation" content, triggered emotional memories with topic discussions, and established a communication loop in which "the big screen leads and small screens amplify".
The documentary "Marco Polo Bridge: Our Commemoration" released multiple segmented short videos, which received over 580 million views. Among them, the video "Real Images of Mao Zedong's Early Period in Yan'an During the Anti-Japanese War" received nearly 1 million likes and close to 60 million cumulative views. Meanwhile, we encouraged user-generated content on platforms popular with younger audiences, such as Bilibili, Douyin, and Kuaishou, sustaining the momentum of dissemination through audience participation. The main hashtag "Marco Polo Bridge: Our Commemoration" garnered 1.06 billion reads on Weibo.
The short commentary video "That Day, That Moment! Reflecting on August 15" seamlessly blended historical footage, archival materials, and expert analysis, offering both a historical retrospective and contemporary reflection on the theme "To Commemorate August 15, We Must First Reflect on August 15". It sparked over 8,000 interactive discussions, amassed more than 32 million views across platforms, and was featured on the homepage of the Xuexi Qiangguo app.
Third, offline recordings ignited online dissemination.
We invited netizens from across the country, youth from Beijing's "16+1" districts, and college students from the capital to participate in program recordings, leveraging the influence of the internet-native generation to break through demographic and dimensional barriers in the publicity campaign for the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance.
The theme exhibition "Remembering the Warfire, Forging Youth" invited college students from 14 universities in the capital, including Peking University and Tsinghua University, to participate in the program arrangement and recording. This artistic and faith-integrated youth tribute honored history, paid respects to the martyrs, and celebrated the great spirit of the War of Resistance.
The initiative "80 Years, 80 Voices - Capital's Young Pioneers Tell Stories of the War of Resistance" featured 80 outstanding Young Pioneers from Beijing recording 80 deeply moving short audio stories, breathing new life into historical narratives through the perspective of young voices.
The audio drama "The Yellow Storm (Youth Version)" recruited young dubbing enthusiasts through online open auditions, attracting participation from netizens nationwide and teachers and students from various educational institutions. The launch ceremony and script acting and reading event, held at the Dahua City Center for Performing Arts in Beijing, garnered 800,000 online viewers, with related topics amassing over 150,000 reads.

▍Deepening Transformation: Strengthening the Main Front for Major Thematic Publicity
「Audiovisual Tide」: Major thematic publicity campaigns are vital manifestations of the authority and influence of mainstream media. In your view, what aspects should be prioritized to excel in major thematic publicity campaigns in the all-media era?
Yu Junsheng: In the all-media era, major thematic publicity campaigns face challenges such as information overload, diverse channels, and rapidly changing hotspots. However, they also possess strategic opportunities to break through communication boundaries and expand coverage across different demographics. The core issue lies in how to penetrate the complex landscape of public opinion and achieve precise reach and deep resonance of mainstream values.
Based on the current reality, it is essential to focus on at least four key areas: strengthening advantages, leveraging technological empowerment, advancing all-media dissemination, and promoting systemic transformation.
First, it is essential to fully leverage the creative advantages of mainstream media and strengthen their role as the primary platform for major thematic publicity.
Mainstream media possess unique advantages in major thematic publicity, including political stance, professional capabilities, and practical experience. They must continuously enhance these advantages, reinforce the primary consciousness regarding major thematic publicity, and center their efforts around it. By planning from a holistic perspective and strategizing within the broader context, they can establish a full-process mechanism covering planning, production, dissemination, and feedback, thereby consistently improving the reach and impact of thematic reporting.
Currently, BRTV utilizes its Editorial Committee and Editorial Affairs Committee as central coordinators to intensify the planning and coordination of major themes, key topics, and significant projects. It has established a working model with a list of premium projects, forming a rolling succession mechanism that ensures "a pipeline of projects in reserve, under planning, and on air". This has driven substantial qualitative improvements and sustained quantitative growth in the creation and production of high-quality content.
Last year, we held the first "Excellence and Creativity Competition", selecting three gold award-winning projects from nearly 200 creative proposals based on their content innovation, integrated communication potential, and market viability. This initiative effectively stimulated content innovation vitality across the station. Currently, the second "Excellence and Creativity Competition" is actively being prepared and will continue to inject new momentum into the production of major thematic content.
Second, it is crucial to continuously enhance technology-enabled production and dissemination, exploring new forms of expression and presentation for major thematic publicity.
Technology serves as the main engine driving the innovation of content formats. For major thematic reports to "stand out" and "achieve widespread reach", technological empowerment is indispensable. It is essential to actively adopt advanced technologies such as AI, VR, 4K, and 8K, using new content forms and interactive methods to bridge the gap between reporting and audiences, products and users. This enhances the sense of presence, immersion, and interactivity in major thematic publicity, elevating content dissemination from mere sensory reception to emotional resonance and intellectual alignment.
In recent years, BRTV has consistently increased its investment in technology, establishing an AI Integrated Media Innovation Lab and successfully launching an AI-powered intelligent production platform. The platform integrates over ten large audio and video models, including DeepSeek and SkyReels, and offers more than 70 functionalities across multiple dimensions, such as text generation, image creation, and interactive dialogue. Currently, technologies like text-to-image, text-to-audio/video, intelligent music composition, and digital humans, all based on large models, are extensively applied in frontline content production, providing robust technological support for innovation in thematic publicity.
In April this year, we also pioneered the launch of China's first 4K ultra-high-definition provincial satellite channel, focusing on the dual drivers of "technological innovation + content revitalization". A series of high-quality programs, such as "By Your Side" and "China in 4K", have been introduced, offering an all-new audiovisual experience characterized by "ultra-clarity, ultra-richness, and ultra-beauty". This has created new pathways and expanded opportunities for improving quality and introducing new approaches to thematic publicity.
Third, it is essential to continuously leverage the synergistic effects of the all-media matrix to generate massive reach and high engagement for major thematic publicity.
Deep integration and precise dissemination are currently crucial focal points for creating viral works in thematic publicity. It is imperative to strengthen the collaborative operational mechanisms across all-media platforms, enabling multi-dimensional presentation, broad demographic coverage, and deep penetration of major thematic publicity through coordinated efforts across diverse media terminals. This ensures that positive energy consistently dominates traffic trends and peaks of public attention.
Since last year, BRTV has been deeply implementing the integrated development concept of "the station is the terminal, and the terminal is the station", continuously consolidating and expanding the "1+2+N" integrated media development framework. The total user and follower base across the station's apps and accounts now exceeds 400 million.
At present, the Beijing Time client has cultivated and created key integrated media projects such as "Take a Step Forward" and "Life Helper", and the Tingting FM client has innovatively launched integrated media live-streaming products such as "My Deeplife", "Passion Drama Club" and "Xiao Wen Live Room". The rapidly improved communication power, service capacity, and user stickiness have established a solid platform foundation for robust thematic publicity.
Meanwhile, the station's six flagship accounts with tens of millions of followers and over 40 key accounts with millions of followers have undergone comprehensive quality upgrades. The coordinated advancement of the all-media communication matrix has also provided powerful momentum for innovating thematic publicity.
In the first half of this year, in the all-media evaluation and assessment conducted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the station's total number of "Three Excellence Works" ranked first among local media outlets. The Tingting FM client ranked first nationally in the single item of user dwell time, while the Beijing Time client, the "Beijing Time" Weibo account, and the "Legal Proceeding" Douyin account repeatedly entered the top ten in the rankings.
Fourth, it is essential to accelerate the systematic transformation of mainstream media and establish new mechanisms and ecosystems for major thematic publicity.
Advancing the systematic transformation of mainstream media is an essential requirement for liberating and unleashing media productivity through new production relations. To enhance the capacity for major thematic publicity, it is necessary to focus on key areas such as topic planning, creative production, and dissemination promotion, and to expedite the establishment of integrated operational management and support mechanisms. Concurrently, efforts must be made to speed up the cultivation of a professional team and innovative force with exceptional competence and expertise. This will foster a dynamic situation in which high-quality work and talented individuals emerge on a continuous basis.
Currently, BRTV is vigorously promoting systematic transformation across all media, processes, and levels, with the goal of building a new type of mainstream media in the capital that possesses strong capabilities in guiding public opinion, content innovation, international communication, and competitive development.
We have optimized and refined incentive systems such as the "Performance Reward Measures for Content Production and Technological Innovation" and the "Reward and Punishment Measures for New Media Content Excellence". Through awards like the Peony Award, Bamboo Joint Award, Viral Hit Red Flower, and Creative Medal, we further emphasize the principles of rewarding quality, originality, viral success, and performance. A station-level integrated media production coordination and deliberation mechanism has been established to achieve end-to-end management of topic scheduling, execution tracking, and program evaluation. A dual-dimensional evaluation system for "social media platform account influence" has been implemented, assessing both on-terminal and off-terminal performance. Furthermore, a comprehensive plan for building an all-media talent team has been developed and implemented, with a focus on cultivating and selecting exceptional young talent.
This series of institutional and mechanistic transformations is fully unleashing the potential for content upgrading, dissemination breakthrough, and all-media transformation. They will propel the station's major thematic publicity efforts forward, demonstrating renewed vitality and achieving new milestones.
