Synopsis
For years, two couples have shared the perfect holiday home in the Alps and enjoyed each other's company every summer. But when their teenage daughter involved in a terrible accident, this long-standing friendship faces an unprecedented and unimaginable test. As each couple works to uncover the truth and save the daughter, long buried tensions and uncomfortable truths erupt, forcing them to question everything they once believed in as spouses, parents and friends. When it comes to saving your child, is there any line you wouldn't cross, or is it true that anything goes?

Mike van Diem
Mike van Diem (born 1959 in the Netherlands) is a screenwriter, director, and script coach. A graduate of the Dutch Film Academy, his graduation film Alaska won the Student Academy Award (Oscar) in the drama category and also earned him a Golden Calf Award for Best Short Film at the Netherlands Film Festival. His feature debut, Character, brought him numerous international honors, including the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. The commercial feature The Surprise was widely acclaimed, and Tulipani: Love, Honour and a Bicycle premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
