II. Applicant Qualifications
The 12th Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market Exhibition is open to the global film industry and relevant companies and institutions within the industry for application. Priority is given to application through film production companies, copyright sales companies/agencies and film websites.
III. How to Apply
1.All of the companies and institutions that want to be present at the 12th Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market Exhibition should apply online through the official website of the BJIFF (http://www.bjiff.com) by clicking “Market Channel” then click “Exhibitor Application”. The deadline for online application in Beijing market is June 26, 2022.

Attention: Exhibitors who register on the website but don’t pay for booths will not be able to participate in the exhibition. When the booths have sold out, we will tell you in time by e-mail.
V. Booth Configurations
Exhibitors can choose from a Standard Booth or a Custom Booth customized to their requirements:
1. Standard booth（Online）
- can submit a maximum of 5 projects for display, each project can submit up to 2 trailers within 3 minutes, besides should submit an introduction video of the company or main projects within 2 minutes as major presentation video for online booth display.
2. Custom booth (Online)
-can submit a maximum of 15 projects for display after registration and application to committee. Each project can submit up to 2 trailers within 3 minutes. Besides, an introduction video of the company or main projects within 2 minutes can be submitted as the major presentation video for online booths display.
3.Joint booth (Online)
-Should apply by institutions/organizations, could apply maximum 20 companies/institutions/organizations.
-can submit a maximum of 10 projects for display for each company/institution/organization. Each project can submit up to 2 trailers within 3 minutes. Besides, an introduction video of the company or main projects within 2 minutes can be submitted as the major presentation video for each company/institution/organization.

VII. Information Management
-The Beijing Film Market Department will carefully deal with the materials and information from the exhibitor, and the relevant staff will guarantee the security of the materials and information, ensuring they will not be lost, disclosed or damaged.
-The documents and information provided by the exhibitor will be used for the following purposes, including but not limited to:
1. Publish the materials and information in the Handbooks of the 12th Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market and on the official website of the BJIFF.
2. Present the promotional materials for the Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market Online Exhibition via encrypted channel.
3. Use in audio and video promotional materials for the Beijing International Film Festival and the Beijing Film Market.
VIII. Legal Statement
The Organizing Committee of the Beijing International Film Festival reserves the right of final explanation of all activities at the 12th BJIFF Beijing Film Market Exhibition.
