Ten days have passed, have you updated your resume yet? Maybe this heavily publicized details of the companies' positions can cure your procrastination.
Go, go, go! In order to find the desired candidates, more than 30 employers, including the industry's leading ones as well as municipal and state-owned enterprises, already started their competition with more than 500 jobs and internships for the college graduates of 2024 and other young talents. As the saying goes, knowledge precedes victory; confusion precedes defeat! To get your favorite offer, you should understand the corporate culture and familiarize yourself with the job requirements to see if you match with it. Therefore, in order to better help students find proper employers, the Job Fair features an "on-site recruitment + webcast + online special" mode. For newcomers to the Job Fair, they may have no idea about resume enhancement to better cater to the positions. Therefore, we invite Wu Jie, Senior Career Counselor from Human Resources and Social Security Department of Chaoyang District, and Xin Kejia, Senior Career Counselor of Human Resources and Social Security Department of Daxing District, to provide free guidance on resume diagnosis and career planning for graduates.
For those who cannot be present in person, we will open an online application channel on the day. You can have the information about resume submission under the “We Need You” column of btime.com. Employers will contact candidates for follow-up interviews after resume screening. Resume submission will be closed on April 26, 2024, and each position may be closed as soon as a match is made.
