BJIFF Job Fair Grandly Opens to Ignite Movie Dreams
The solar term of Grain Rain started on April 19. With the opening of the 14th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) as scheduled, the BJIFF Job Fair was also held at Langyuan Station. 36 enterprises were desperate for talents, while over 700 job seekers pursued their dreams. In this talent feast, who would be luckily chosen? Let's take a look at the activity site!
14th BJIFF Job Fair
Entering the venue, you could see numerous leading enterprises in the industry, such as Enlight Media, Fun Age Pictures, Huace Film & TV, Lian Ray Pictures, etc. There were huge crowds in front of their booths. Job seekers waited in a long line with resumes in their hands, looking forward to exchanging with employers. For many film & TV talents, “suitable” is probably more important than “best”. Job seekers were so enthusiastic that many enterprises have extended the interview time, thus living up to every budding dream. Among the job seekers are graduates of the year 2024 and college students from the Communication University of China, Beijing Film Academy, Beijing Normal University and other Beijing-based colleges and universities, as well as young people with movie dreams and even friends coming from afar. They gathered at this place filled with opportunities, pursuing their dreams together. “It’s my first time to see so many employers from leading film and television companies at the same venue,” a job seeker said excitedly.

It’s worth mentioning that the Job Fair features a diversified mode of “on-site recruitment + live streaming + online special job fair” to meet the demands of different job seekers. At the activity, btime.com launched a live stream themed “We Need You”, which has attracted more than 80,000 citizens, and showed the spectacle of the BJIFF Job Fair for job seekers who could not be present.
In the meantime, friends who cannot be present in person but still have movie dreams, don't be upset! The BJIFF Job Fair has also launched an online special job fair. Job seekers can acquire the information about resume submission under the “We Need You” column of btime.com, so that they can contact enterprises to send a resume. Employers will contact candidates for follow-up interviews after resume screening. Resume submission will be closed on April 26, 2024, and each position may be closed as soon as a match is made. Don't miss the opportunity, and come to get your offer.
