The Filmmaker Frisbee Invitational Tournament of the 13th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) is an outdoor frisbee sports event initiated by filmmakers for the public. The tournament serves as an opportunity for film professionals, star filmmakers and frisbee enthusiasts to establish a good platform for communication. Through the deep participation by filmmakers, the event aims to further promote the development of frisbee sports and the sports craze of national fitness, and call on the public to go outdoors, exercising happily and becoming healthier.

　　

The event, which consists of the opening ceremony, group matches, the celebrity tournament, all-day fun markets, etc., will enable the guests to feel the charm of frisbee sports in different links. At the opening ceremony, celebrity guests will be invited; in group matches, international frisbee tournament coaches will be present in the whole course; at the closing ceremony, a celebrity tournament will be held, when the filmmaker team will compete with the participating teams.
