A Global Showcase: 21 Premieres Set to Debut in China

This year's lineup features 50 special-effects films from 14 countries, including China, Russia, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The selections span a wide array of themes - from the natural world and aerospace exploration to cutting-edge science and fantasy animation. Among them, 21 films, including T. Rex, will make their China premiere, while 4 titles, such as Cities of the Future, will make their Asian debut. Audiences can fully experience the power of science cinema across the China Science and Technology Museum's three immersive venues: the Dome, Giant Screen, and 4D theaters. 14 fulldome films will transport viewers to the farthest reaches of the universe. 22 giant screen films will immerse audiences in Earth's natural wonders. 14 4D films will deliver multisensory experiences that challenge perception. The program is designed for audiences of all ages, making it ideal for science enthusiasts, families, and curious minds of all kinds.

Celebrating 15 Years with Free Tickets and Special Programs

To commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Science and Technology Section and Special Effects Film Screenings at China Science and Technology Museum, this year's festival introduces exclusive audience perks: By registering with a verified account on the official ticketing platform, viewers can enjoy one free ticket per day for the first screening. A curated selection of 21 beloved classics and acclaimed Chinese science films - including Blue Whales: Return of the Giants, Arctic: Our Frozen Planet, and Backyard Wilderness - will be available for free viewing.
