The 16th BJIFF AIGC Film Section Master Workshop Recruits Creative Teams
As AI video generation models continue to dominate headlines, the question facing the film and TV industry is about what comes next. The shift is underway: from a niche “experimental tool” to a fully fledged “production asset” within the film industry; from fragmented, independent creation to scalable, standardized industrial application.
The 16th BJIFF
AIGC Film Section Master Workshop
During this film festival, we will launch the Master Workshop to create a top-notch AIGC creative lab. The workshop adopts a collaborative mentorship involving academic advisors, practical mentors, and technical experts, to achieve full-chain creative training from technology to art. It features synergy between academia and art, and jointly incubates star projects. Celebrated directors, screenwriters, creative marketing experts, and AI digital artists are to be invited to build a hands-on platform for creators, where cutting-edge technology and visual storytelling are deeply integrated.
As the world's first film festival section dedicated to co-creation between AI and image, this year we will break down the spatial barriers of traditional creative competitions that only involve selection but no incubation. Anchored in SINOPEC: Towards a New Energy Future, we closely adhere to the brand connotation of Sinopec, deeply explore the enterprise values, and envision a new prospect of energy. Partnering Wan, Seko, and the specially invited community AI · DAO (Artificial Intelligence Artists Creation Alliance), we will jointly launch an independent practical section: Master Workshop. This workshop serves as a key bond between academic exploration and commercial application, takes the real commercial proposition of breakout as a touchstone to seek not only creativity, but also producers who can meet industry expectations.
